A black skull-mask pyramid rises from the shoulders of Citizen #0100 — obsidian and bronze geometric form floating where a head would be, hollow eye sockets emanating near-black void glow. The Black Fracture operator who works in silence. They do not announce arrivals or departures. They appear in the rooms that matter, transmit one signal, and leave. The Black Fracture civilization calls them the architect of the unannounced. When the city needs a problem to never have existed, this is who they call. The problem then never exists. No record.
